Quotes, Pricing & Availability
Information on the Site, including product descriptions, dimensions and specifications, is provided for general guidance only. Quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing and may change based on availability, delivery distance, site conditions and taxes. Container inventory is limited and subject to prior sale.
Product Condition
New, used, modified and freight containers are sold in the condition described in your written quote or invoice. Used and “as-is” containers may show cosmetic wear such as dents, rust and faded paint. Unless otherwise stated in writing, containers are sold without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment terms, deposits and any applicable fees will be stated on your quote or invoice.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible, level and suitable for the container and delivery vehicle, and for obtaining any permits your municipality may require. Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed as planned due to site conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of RTC Container Sales or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTC Container Sales is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
